We look up to you as a leading, modern, progressive and high tech organisation. How come you are so unlawful, unethical and exploitative when it comes to your lowest staff i.e the contracted janitors.
How come you pay them Rs. 15000 per month while the minimum legal wage in Pakistan id Rs.17500.
Why is there a more than 60 times inequality between the wages of the lowest and the highest?
Regardless of all that, I urge upon you to immediately begin paying them the minimum legal wages, pay them the difference between the legal wage and the current wage for the last 2 years and ensure that they are given EOBI, Social Security and medical leave.
