Should A rapist B hanged or not.

If hanged, should method A be preferred over method B. Is A more Islamic than B? Would A be better to watch as B could lead to PSTD? Does A have the approval of CII, as B has one from SCP.

Sounds a good debate. HOWEVER, please also remember:

  1. Pakistan ratified the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1990.
  2. It however took 27 year for Pakistan to pass the National Commission on the Rights of the Child, Act 2017.
  3. The Act required a Commission to be formed within 6 months of passing of the Act.
  4. Today 10th of February2020, it is 3 years since passing of the Act, that Pakistan has not been able to form this Commission.

Can you please spread this message among the Honourable Legislators and the Honourable Judiciary, to hold the Government accountable for this criminal negligence.
