The Minister and the Secretary should be in jail

I am thankful for your phone call.  In order to give substance to the corrective actions you mentioned, I would like to clarify a few specific issues without which this matter would remain an eyewash.

1. There are three subcontractors and not one at the QA Mazar – one for gardeners, one for janitors and one for guards.
2. The gardeners receive Rs.9000 while they should receive Rs.17500 for one shift of work.
3. The janitors currently receive Rs.14,000 and perform 12 hours of work. They should receive either Rs17500 for an 8 hour shift or Rs.35,000 for a 12 hour shift.
4. The security guards currently receive Rs.10,000 and perform 12 hours of work. They should receive either Rs17500 for an 8 hour shift or Rs.35,000 for a 12 hour shift.
5. No one receives money thru bank, so the contractors manage to short change the entire system by paying less.

You will appreciate that the Federal Government is itself involved in a hugely illegal, inhumane, criminal and exploitative activity.  This has been going on for years.  We do this at the Mazar of the Founder of Pakistan is an ultimate shame for the people of Pakistan. Sadly The Minister and yourself are directly responsible for this modern day slavery.

We are hopeful that you will address each of these 3 cases and ensure that they receive either Rs.17500 for the 8 hour shift  OR  Rs.35,000 for the 12 hour shift.
