Dear Sir,
‘Request for information’ under Federal Right for Access to Information Act 2017 and Article 19A of the Constitution of Pakistan.
As a citizen of Pakistan I request that the following information be provided to me under the laws of Right to Information mentioned above.
“How many medical doctors’ license to practice have been cancelled in the last 20 years (from 2001 till today) on any professional or ethical misconduct or negligence. Kindly give names, dates and duration for license cancellation (whether for a specific period or permanently cancelled).”
You are requested to kindly provide the above information, verified by an authorized individual, within 10 working days as specified by Access to Information Act.
