Lawlessness at Sindh High Court

Your Honour,

this is my second appeal of this year, on the subject of scores of vehicles that are illegal, fake, nonregistered and indulging in deceitful pretense that adorn the premises of Sindh High Court.

Kindly have a look at this vehicle, that carries a green official number plate, with the words High Court written on it. You will appreciate that the info written is fake, as this car does not belong to government or to High Court. It also says AFR 2022, which means it is an illegal and non-registered vehicle, that has paid no tax to the government.

Your Honour, there are at least 30 such fraudulent vehicles parked at any time in the  esteemed Sindh High Court. making it the largest parking lot for illegal, fraudulent vehicles in the country.

Your Honour, no action was taken by SHC, despite this matter having been reported earlier by a number of citizens, giving an impression as if this lawlessness enjoys a silent approval of the SHC itself.

The Sindh Police that has over a dozen policemen on duty at SHC seem an integral part of this crime, as they can neither see, nor read , nor understand the difference between a legal and illegal number plate.

The vehicle number plate has words “Sindh High Court” and “Advocate” written on it, to intimidate the Sindh Police, who will not have the courage to check this fraudulent imposter. The entire fraud is being done under the cover and taking advantage of the Sindh High Court.

I appeal to your Honour to kindly take a notice of this matter, and order the  Sindh Police to remove all such delinquent High Court “Ädvocated” vehicles from the streets of Karachi.
